Return Policy

At Smokes Vault, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may be able to offer store credit for eligible returned merchandise.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must contact Smokes Vault through our Contact Us page to request return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return. 
• All returns must be approved before they are shipped back. If your return is approved, you will be provided return instructions on how and where to send your return package.
• Approved items must be received by Smokes Vault within 14 days of the return approval date.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
• Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Store Credit

Smokes Vault does not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original method of payment.

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned merchandise, excluding any original shipping charges.

Store credit will be issued in the form of [gift card / store credit code / account credit] and will remain valid for [insert expiration policy, if applicable].

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

Final Sale Items

From time to time, Smokes Vault may designate certain merchandise as Final Sale. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Items identified as final sale will be clearly marked on the product page or at the time of purchase. By purchasing a final sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.
